Graduate of the University of West Bohemia Faculty of Law in Pilsen; studied from 1993 to 1998. Undertook postgraduate practical experience as an articled clerk with Prof. Dr. JUDr. Karel Eliáš, one of the foremost experts in the field of civil and commercial law in the Czech Republic and the main author of the new civil code. Became an attorney in 2001 after successfully passing the attorney examinations. Employed from 2000 to 2007, once more under the tutelage of Prof. Eliáš, as technical assistant in the department of commercial law at the University of West Bohemia Faculty of Law in Pilsen. Ended pedagogical activities in order to practice law. Specialises particularly in civil and commercial law, securities law, as well as criminal, administrative and financial law.

Mgr. Daniela Pernetová
Graduate of the University of West Bohemia Faculty of Law in Pilsen; studied from 2007 to 2012.
Undertook postgraduate practical experience as an articled clerk in the office of JUDr. Hajšman and at the same time was accepted to the Faculty of Law at the University of Passau.
Specialises particularly in civil and family law, as well as securities law, criminal law, administrative law and construction law.

Graduate of the Dr. Ilona Mauritzová Technical College of Medicine, in the field of social work.
In charge of administration, invoicing and the general running of the office.
